About

A.L.Means grew up in England and lives in Arizona. He writes under various pen names, including Andrew Means, and is contemplating using his middle name of Lynton for some future projects. The intention is simply to maintain separation between various projects and genres that may not be compatible in the minds of potential readers.

As a journalist he has written for newspapers and magazines in Britain and the United States. Music has  been the topic for many articles, while his longer works include a memoir about the country music entertainer Marty Robbins, a bio of the rock group Pink Floyd and a student’s guide to the author George Orwell.
